Over the last few years I have been fortunate to be able to participate and support the B&O run, now the Constantine run, on behalf of Project Sunshine as both a participant runner, as well as, representing Project Sunshine Canada as Board President. Over the past couple of years we have continued to successfully raise both awareness and funds to be able to support the wonderful programs that directly impact the patients and families that we are committed to helping, bringing moments of joy and play for the whole family.
Running this event as a participant hits home for me specifically, doing something I am passionate about, staying fit and healthy, all the while supporting our Charity, that I am equally passionate about, Project Sunshine Canada.
